Outreach Committee
Expands awareness of the Undugu Foundation and builds community partnerships — developing relationships, recruiting new participants, and supporting outreach for new chapter development.

Internal Communications Committee
Ensures effective communication across the organization — coordinating internal channels, sharing organizational updates, and maintaining alignment between leadership groups.
Keeps every brother informed, aligned, and connected to the mission.
Membership Committee
Supports growth and engagement of the Undugu brotherhood network — through participant onboarding, engagement initiatives, and supporting leadership development pathways.
Ensures every new brother feels welcomed and every returning brother feels valued.

Supports the technological infrastructure of the organization — from digital platforms and website systems to data management and security practices.
Powers the systems that keep Undugu connected and scalable.
Health & Wellness Committee
Supports wellness-centered programming aligned with the Undugu philosophy — identifying resources, supporting healing-centered programming, and promoting participant wellbeing and safe spaces.

Fundraising Committee
Supports financial sustainability — identifying fundraising opportunities, supporting donor engagement, and assisting with fundraising campaigns and grants.

Events & Activities Committee
Supports planning of organizational gatherings and experiences — from events and retreats to chapter activities and logistical coordination.
